Horns-A-Plenty/D Bar X Lighting. Mr. John Yacapraro who lives west of
Baker, Nevada has studied Indian and Mountain Man crafts and traditions
for many years. He has created many beautiful craft items combining
locally found items with other natural products.
This beautiful wall hanging is a natural elk
hide laced into a carriage wheel's iron rim. The main design is a
feather war bonnet under the image of the sun. The smaller designs are
the warrior's "protective medicine." The designs are dyed into the
leather rather than painted so the images will never crack.
